Marzia is incredible! She went above and beyond for me and my family. We moved to Canada from the US and we couldn't have had a more reliable and resourceful person helping us. She turned a very stressful situation into ease and enjoyment. She dedicated all her time to us and was available and flexible whenever we needed her! We will be using her for all our future needs. She is an all around amazing person!

 Marzia is dependable and hard working. I was in a bind and needed to find an apartment and had only a month and a half to find it. We visited a bunch of apartments that didn't fit- she was helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Finally one Friday night a listing came up that I was interested in.
